Lack of user instructions for using the facilities is a huge oversight!!! An ice bucket is a basic convenience that should not be overlooked!!! Limited parking options made it a hassle to find a spot upon arrival!!!

The room was amazing with its spacious layout and high-end bathroom amenities, including a heated bathroom mirror and a unique Japanese toilet. I adored lounging by the pristine pool surrounded by beautiful misters, which kept me cool while enjoying the gorgeous views. The seamless check-in process via text, allowing me to fully immerse in relaxation.

The fruit trees around the pool make for a sweet touch, and the local foodie scene is a blast! Check out Wexler's for brunch or Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey for a fun night out. Plus, the rooms felt like a cozy oasis with that Japanese toilet action and a beautiful mountain view.

It was just an ideal choice for a lightning stop in Palm Springs with outstanding value for money. The heated bathroom mirrors were a great touch that made our stay extra cozy. Bring some area rugs for the cold floors.

The room was mighty spacious with a big ol' bed and a full kitchen. We loved sittin' out on our patio, and the Japanese toilet was a fun surprise! If only the floor wasn’t so darn cold. I reckon some rugs would do wonders. Still, I'll be back, no doubt!

I had a fantastic stay, loved the heated pool, and the firm beds with fluffy pillows made sleeping a dream! However, those cold concrete floors could use some rugs.

We enjoyed our stay with the family, especially the beautiful pool area! The kids loved splashing around while we relaxed nearby. The coffee provided in our room was a nice perk, perfect for those early mornings with our newborn.

My wife says that it would be great if the ice & water station were available for families.

The heated pool was perfect for relaxing, and the mini bar had everything we needed. Check out nearby brunch spots like Wexler's and unwind by the pool with the lovely mountain view. Communication was smooth, making our stay super enjoyable.

One downer was that the walls were pretty thin. I could hear folks in the next room, which was a bit distracting at times.
